The Code establishes common ethical principles, professional standards and compliance requirements across every level of the organization and supply chain.
All business dealings must be conducted honestly, fairly and professionally. Misleading information, falsification, manipulation or concealment is prohibited.
Deha Tech protects internationally recognized human rights and provides a professional environment free from discrimination, harassment, intimidation and abuse.
Every employee and contractor has the responsibility and authority to stop unsafe work. HSE requirements apply in offices, factories, workshops and project sites.
Quality is embedded throughout engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, testing, commissioning and project delivery.
Bribery, corruption, facilitation payments, fraud, money laundering and manipulation of procurement processes are strictly prohibited.
Personal relationships, financial interests, gifts or hospitality must never influence—or appear to influence—business decisions.
Company, customer and supplier information must be protected from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, copying or loss.
Environmental protection is integrated into our engineering, manufacturing, procurement, construction and operational decisions.
Suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, agents and business partners are expected to maintain standards equivalent to those applied by Deha Tech.
Employees and business partners should report suspected misconduct, safety concerns, fraud, harassment or other unethical behaviour in good faith.
